Great location , great rooms , wonderful gym and steam room .

Dominik at the front desk was excellent. Greeted us by name very time we entered or left the hotel. He made check in process very smooth and held our bags as we arrived straight from the cruise ship. We were able to take in the sights without lugging everything with us. Loved the big room. Very spacious. Loved the big bathroom and big shower. Location made it easy to walk to all our destinations like Pikes and the malls. Liked the extra security at night to get into hotel and up to rooms. Liked the bagged ice available. We could just take a bag to chill drinks in our room. Better than filling a bucket with a noisy ice machine. Rooftop bar had stunning views

The facilities were great. The staff were very pleasant as well. Though the food was unexpectedly expensive, it was well prepared , tasty and served well. The housekeeping was spectacular- everything sparkling clean.
